Make 2018 a YOGA and YOU year

As 2017 draws to a close I’m SUPER excited to announce that in conjunction with the incredible Eva and Zara at Live Karma Yoga next year we will be running a monthly Friday evening Yin Yoga and a quarterly Cyogi!

The race is on…for 25 hours! My Red Bull Time Laps Report

If you are a cyclist and don’t know what the Red Bull Time Laps is where have you been this weekend?

Also you aren’t following the right people on Instagram.

But just in case:

What: 25 hour relay bike race

Where: Laps of a section of Windsor Great Park

When: 28th-29th October, the night the clocks go back to make this 25 hours rather than just 24.

And yes I took part in this incredible event with 3 friends for Queen of the Mountains. Why? Why not.

Good for you Granola

I’ve posted pictures of my granola on my Instagram stories A LOT. I love it, and I have had a lot of requests to share the recipe. Finally I am, not because I didn’t want to before but because I tend to make it up, so this weekend was the first time I wrote down what I did, and as luck would have it (for you!) it is the best I’ve made to date!

Strength training for cyclists – find it on the wall…

…and not the bonking kind!

Since falling well and truly in love with cycling all strength training has taken a back seat. Whilst this isn’t necessarily a bad thing, there are of course areas that I should continue to work on, for example strength and conditioning. The last thing I want is an injury. I try to go to yoga when I can but recently I rediscovered a childhood activity that tested and strength trained me in a new and fun way. View Full Post
